Welcome to the RiR lecture series at Haugar Art Museum

Prof. Dr. Hans Dieter Huber is participating in our Researcher in Residence program (RiR). He studied painting and graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich from 1973-1977, as well as art history, philosophy, and psychology at the University of Heidelberg. In 1986, he finished his doctoral dissertation in art history.

Prof. Dr. Huber is currently working on a large exhibition project on Maria Lassnig and Edvard Munch, which will start in April 2026 at the Hamburger Kunsthalle and will go to the Kunsthaus Zürich in September 2026.

The lecture will be held in English.
